Hi, I'm Deborah Harrison, Live Life Fitness is my business and I'm here to show you how our fitness programs can really help - that's if you're willing to hear me out.
First of all - you're never too old to start a fitness program. Sure, it might feel like a big step and your friends may be telling you otherwise but I've seen first - hand the differences an individually designed fitness program has had on people - of all ages. Like George and Sue for example.
Now neither of these lovely people would or even could commit to a program at their local fitness centre. At their age travelling is just to difficult.
That's why we come to you. You'll get a tailored program delivered to you in the comfort of your own home - no matter how old you are.
We run home fitness programs for couples and families too. It's a great way to get fit and share some laughs along the way. We guarantee you'll feel right at home with our trainers who by the way are all qualified and experienced and more than happy to fit in with your busy schedule.
Early mornings? Evenings? Weekends? We don't mind.

And for those of you who prefer the great outdoors - we run outdoor fitness programs at local parks and other similar venues too.
